Mitchell Silver has been a resident of the South Florida community since 1967. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1984, with a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences. He then attended Life Chiropractic College, and in 1985 he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic cum laude. He thereafter opened a successful chiropractic practice, being named 1997 Broward County Chiropractor of the Year. Following an injury, he matriculated into the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University. Mitch made the Dean’s list during numerous semesters, received the book award in Corporations, was a member of the school’s Law Review program, and is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. In 2005, he received a Juris Doctorate degree magna cum laude.
Since graduation, Mitch’s has focused his practice on all aspects of defense for complex litigation actions, including wrongful death, premises liability, and construction disputes. Mitch’s prior medical experience sets him aside when taking the deposition of Plaintiff’s medical providers, which then enables him to reach amicable solutions to best suit the client’s needs.
Mitch is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
When not practicing law, Mitch is a big supporter of the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins. He enjoys all aspects of outdoor South Florida living, including long walks by the beach. Mitch is an avid animal lover.
