Nicole was born and raised in South Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and International Affairs from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She then returned home to attend Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where she graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate. During her time there she received the Goodwin Scholarship, Dean’s List honors, and was Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County. Here she handled a large caseload of over 500 criminal cases. Nicole gained valuable bench and jury trial experience in her role.
At Vernis & Bowling, Nicole practices First and Third-Party Insurance Claims and Premises Liability. According to Nicole, the best part about practicing law is no matter how routine it may feel, there is always something new to learn.
While not working, you can find Nicole outside playing tennis, pickleball, and golf. She also enjoys going to the beach or being out on the water with friends and family.
