Campbell, Edward v. Family Stone Enterprises, d/b/a Servpro of West Pensacola, et al.

Jeff Gill (Pensacola, FL) (Property) obtained Final Summary Judgment on behalf of his client, Servpro of West Pensacola. Plaintiff alleged that Serve Pro negligently performed moisture remediation in his luxury condominium unit, causing $1,200,000.00 in damages. The court granted our Summary Judgment motion in which we argued that the Plaintiff did not have standing to bring the claim as the title for the unit was held by a LLC , not the Plaintiff individually. The statute of limitations has long since run on any claim by the LLC.
